Chan id 28

All tv channels using chan id 28 which is being transmitted on COM6 mux the picture breaks up every 5 secs. When you run device care on TV it shows signal quality very bad just for Chan id 28.

All other channel ids are almost 100% so could it be my demux is faulty?
