I cannot find the HBO max app in the smart hub of my Samsung TV. The model is a UN50TU7000F. The IP address that I am using is from Puerto Rico, USA. I know that some old models cannot access the app, however, my model is a 2020 model. The other reason will be the IP address, however, I have no problem accessing HBO max from other devices using the same IP address. I also just updated the tv OS.
