I recently purchased this TV and for some reason, I cannot play some media on my USB drives. Some files seem to play just fine, others, usually longer videos/movies cannot play. Sometimes on reconnecting the USB drive I manage to play some previously unplayable files while others still persist at no avail. All of the said files are in .mp4 format and they work fine on other devices like my PC, phone and older TV.
Things I've tried:
- Updating firmware to the latest version
- Resetting TV/reconnecting the USB drive
- Trying another USB drive
- Formatting the USB drive using NTFS format
But nothing has worked so far, any clue would really be helpful. Thanks in advance.
