@MrBailzy: This looks like part of the picture test. Is that the case? I'm not sure what you're referring to based on your screenshot, can you expand on the issue your'e experiencing? Is it occurring in any other stages of the picture test?

Thanks for your response. 

 

It occurs on all aspects of the picture test and also visible on all inputs to varying degrees. From coax aerial input to HDMI inputs.

@MrBailzy: If the patch is visible in all of the picture tests, then this suggests that its a hardware problem. With this in mind I recommend reaching out to one of our authorised Support Centres to arrange for an engineer to inspect the device.
