I had photos on The Frame, I’d even figured out how to get rid of the borders. Then I accidentally reset the TV and now I can’t upload any of my pictures. Nothing has changed. It tells me that the TV and my iPad need to be on the same local network, which they still are. If I get past that I get an upload failure message. Have been trying on and off for a few days now. I’ve seen a few people have this problem but no satisfactory answer. Help!

Funnily enough the Smart Things App was updated on my phone and iPad recently and the functionality to edit art mode and upload pictures to The Frame appears to have been removed. Has anyone else experienced this? Extremely annoying, hopefully that gets fixed in a future review.

Yes I am having the same issue app repeatedly says connect you phone and tv to WiFi to upload photos. I have tried this 10+ times with phone and tv connected to same network with no luck. Any help would be appreciated!

Now had an email from Samsung asking if I have a solution to my problem! Does anyone from Samsung actually look at these conversations? I guess not, too busy taking our money, approx $11 billion operating profit in Q3 2020.

I have exactly the same issue. Try to contact Samsung on Facebook, for the moment the Samsung’guy is considering problem with the frame whilst i believe issue with the app

Same problem. In the Iphone app the support for uploading pictures to The Frame tv has disappeared from one update to the next. Anyone know if the Android app still works?

Same issue...I bought the new iPhone 12 almost when it came out. After that, it seemed the Art Mode options disappeared. Now after 1-2 months, it's still not available. SERIOSLY! What's going on! I only see "Edit, Update Data and Information" when I push the 3 ***.
I wonder why there isn't a smarter way to upload pictures online than through their app.

I did manage to get a couple of pictures up, using the App on my iPad (iOS 14.2) , but it was very hit and miss and the App kept crashing. Samsung obviously has no interest in fixing this. Too busy taking our cash. Disgraceful.

Hi everyone, you might want to check again, because all of a sudden as of yesterday it all began working for me again. I don’t know exactly what changed, given the app did not seem to get an update - maybe the Frame TV updated (it‘s set to auto update in my case), but the Art Mode options re-appeared for me in the app. It might be worth just re-booting all your devices, both the smart phone and the TV and seeing if it will work for you as well.
