I have a Series 6 TV that is about 5 years old. We use it to watch programs on the internet, mainly German TV (ARD and ZDF). About a year ago, we lost the ability to watch programs on ARD - basically when you select the program there is no longer a play icon displayed on the screen (which there is if I load the same page on my phone or tablet). This week the same happens with programs on ZDF and also other web pages (for example on the Radio Comercial website, we get the 'Accept Cookies' pop up and click on agree, but the pop up remains and we can't get past this page). We have tried reset to factory settings and software is up to date but problem remains. Any ideas or has anyone experienced same issue? Thanks, Andy
