Can't get More4 app to work

Hi there,

Can anyone help, please? The More4 app on the TV doesn't work but I cannot delete it (gets to a program then says fault 4100 cannot render). I can reinstall without deleting but that doesn't solve the issue. Any suggestions please?

Hi @Markolai  You do not name the model but check you have the latest firmware and that the App is up to date (though may be on Auto Update). It would also be advisable to Reset the Smart Hub.

However it may be some sort of connection issue so so you may need to reset both the Tv and router (unplug from mains) for around 30 seconds before trying again.

Nothing to do with the tv. Its an all4 problem. Been like this since the app released. Lots have reported it, but ch4 have yet to resolve it. I too suffer the same problem, but its only with the all4 app. Every other app works fine.
