We have a Samsung TV in our business place. Not sure of the model, but had lots of problems in that it wouldn't connect to WiFi at all using the Evolution box thing.
However, I managed to Factory Reset and then the WiFi popped up. Nevertheless, I still can't connect. I put in the password and it refuses to connect saying it can't connect. I tried WPS but it brings a message "You need to change the wireless router's security settings to AES"

Prior to factory reset I took a photo of the diagnostic and it said Wired MAC Successful but Wireless MAC Fail - before factory reset it couldn't even see any wireless networks.
