I bought a new ue50mu6120 yesterday and I really dislike the remote that came with it. I have a Samsung 43” 4K TV that I bought a few months ago and it has a really nice smart remote with it. I have tried to see if I can pair it with my new 50” but it displays a message saying it won’t work.
Can anyone advise me as to whether this TV is compatible with the smart remote and if so, how do I make it work please.
Edit: So I found some info out about enabling Bluetooth in the service menu and I tried that but it looks like my TV doesn’t have a Bluetooth module unfortunately. So can anyone recommend a cheapish alternative remote that has few buttons like the smart remote?

Hi @Beena, having done a bit of research there are different versions of this model and so your set may not Bluetooth support, some customers have been able to turn on BT support and Samsung Smart Control via Services Menu but no guarantee and sounds like not case with your set. As far as substitute goes this one should be suitable but not sure if much better than your standard remote. Alternative Remote
