TVI can’t access all programs on Britbox app through Samsung TV. Some programs freeze picture and sound, while others are just blank ( Magpie Murders, A Spy Among Friends). They work just fine on the tablet. Any clues/ suggestions as I’ve pretty much explored all I know.

Do you have the latest firmware, can check here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/ and is the Britbox app on the latest update,should be fine if on Auto Update though. . Is it just the app there are issues , is the internet connection ok generally? In any you may need to reinstall the app, reset the Smart Hub and/or do a Factory Reset/ disconnect Tv for a minute.
Sometimes freezes can be indicate bandwidth issues and if still problems advisable to reset the Router by unplugging, wait at least 30 seconds to reconnect.
Britbox is also available via Amazon Prime video channels https://www.itv.com/presscentre/britbox/press-releases/britbox-uk-now-available-amazon-prime-video-c... soon the shows though will be moving to ITVX premium though seems standalone app will still be available. https://www.britbox.co.uk/help
