Our Samsung Tv has suddenly developed a Bixby talk over on programmes which I don’t want and is annoying. I have turned off Bixby through settings and the talk assistant but it is still happening. I have asked to delete Bixby permanently but it states this will take a week. This seems ridiculous.
Is there any other way of removing Bixby or getting rid of these annoying talk overs whilst watching a tv programme.

@Lexsper: If the problem persists after the steps offered above, then please confirm the model number of your TV, and I will look into this further for you. This can be found on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About TV.
It sounds like you have accidentally enabled Audio Descriptions therefore, in the meantime, please try pressing the Subt/AD button on the standard remote to explore your options. If you have a set top box connected to the TV, check the Audio Description options in the box settings.

Many thanks for the reply. I am not trying to use Bixby as an application, so have disabled everything I can relating to it, including wake up.
Bixby has developed a voice over during programmes that talks over and explains what the actors are doing!
Maybe there has been a recent auto update to cause this as we have not changed any settings. Or we have accidentally pressed something on the remote control.
We can change between Bixby and Alexa

@Lexsper: On your Smart Remote, press and hold the Volume +/- button for 2 seconds or more to open the Accessibility Shortcuts menu. From here, scroll to 'Audio Description' and toggle this option off if it is active.
Alternatively, head to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Audio Description Settings > Audio Description > Off.

Hi, I have just gone to settings etc on main Samsung remote and the audio description is turned to Off.
But on the sky Q remote I have found a setting also with audio description that states 'you'll hear additional commentary describing action in a programme.' This was somehow turned on and I have turned it off. So I will hope this has solved the problem.
thanks a million for your assistance.
