We have bought the UE55CU8000 tv which is great apart from the iPlayer app. The sound is appalling and the picture is awful, over saturated and jumpy - to the point of making me feel unwell watching it! We switched to watching on the same tv but through Xbox and it was fine? All other apps/streaming services are fine. What is wrong with it?
@KDown2: If the issue is only affecting iPlayer, then this does suggest that the problem lies with the app itself. If you head to Home > Press the left directional button > Media > APPS > Settings (cog symbol) > Navigate to iPlayer > Reinstall, does this help?
