Backlight issue

Can someone please help us with a backlight issue? Purchased the frame 75” in 2021 and noticed this dark band  a few months ago. Apparent when in standby mode or during certain scenes whiles watching tv.

Being an edge lit, it's the edge lit equivalent of a dead zone by my guess. If under warranty get fixed if not maybe an upgrade time.
