Previously had the Samsung UE49mu6400 and the one remote on that would take me to the sky homepage when the source was on Sky top box (blue screen where you can select sports/ movies/ apps and epg etc).
just purchased the QE50Q65CAU tv & the remote will select Sky and channel up/ down but can’t access the blue sky homepage interface. Fair enough I can use the sky remote but just got used to literally having one remote and the other tv is a 2018 model so a little disappointed, anything I can do ? (Also the sky remote won’t work the tv as tried pairing that)
