Auto scan and wrong channel numbers

I bought an mu7000 aka mu8000 (US) and have auto tuned it for Freeview channels but none of the numbers for the channels match the standard ones. Is this normal? Can it be fixed?

Yes today and its so annoying
Bought a TV in the UK with a UK plug not US and it must be the only TV in the UK that doesn't tune in channel 1 as BBC1 or 2 as BBC2 its crazy they're all over the place

Same trouble with mine! First few channels are Adult Babestation! Not a family friendly TV.

I had this issue and it bugged the hell out of me, but it was easy to fix. Home>Channel List>click right to move into the channel list options.

For me, one of the options was 'Satellite'. Select that and change it to 'Freesat'.

All the channels then mapped to their correct number.
