My All4 won't play any shows on my TV. Everything has been updated and reinstalled but still won't work

Hi @rir89  Just checking that you have the 2111.1 firmware which was release this month https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE55AU8000KXXU/  Are other streaming apps working properly?

An idea to reset the Smart Hub. If that does not provide a solution advisable to reboot both Tv and router via unplugging,reconnect after 1 minute. if necessary try a Factory Reset. All4 help section here https://www.channel4.com/4viewers/faqs/category/36/device_used/386/nature_of_issue/496

Hello James, yes the firmware is the latest. I have reset the hub, turned the TV and WiFi off. And also done a factory reset. The only apps not working is all 4 and My5

Thanks for confirming, wonder if issue at Samsung's end or with these channel's apps on this model. Could contact support.
