UE40T5300AEXXU just installed for 88 year old with no internet connection. Initially, she got the Terms and Conditions Setup pop-up on virtually every button press. If Smarthub is disabled (as it is of no use to her) the pop-up still appears every time she presses GUIDE on the remote. May happen with HOME too, not sure?
This is a definite bug but the assistant on live chat refuses to accept this and suggests she presses CH LIST instead. This does not really help as the user wants to see the program guide.
1) How do I file a bug report so that Samsung can properly support 'native TV' users?
2) Is there a work around that will prevent the annoying pop-up?
