Ambient mode turns off after one minute on 82qfn

Hello I just purchased an 82 qfn 8 series.  The ambient mode worked when I first set the tv up.  But now after one minute in ambient mode it turns off.  I did a reset with no luck and also unplugged for 5 minutes which helps but only for about ten minutes and then it turns off again. Any help would be appreciated.

I spent 15 minutes typing out. Detailed message, then the Samsung website said there was an error. Long story short, reset your tv by unplugging the power cord then immediately holding down the power button on the tv itself for 10 seconds. Wait 3-5 min then plug it back in. 

Additionally, I just received a message earlier that they are cancelling their ambient mode support. So I assume unless they come out with a new ambient mode, and allow it to be used on our older TV's, we are screwed.

I suggest using Reddit because clearly Samsung can't keep their website from crashing.
