All4 app has recently updated. I’m able to log in and select viewing but nothing will play. It remains at the loading screen.
Ive tried following advice for similar issues from 2017 which were posted here but nothing works. Only way to stop the continuing attempt to load is to exit the app.
All4 app works on other devices at home.
Tv is UE40ES6300

... also wasted a good deal of time on the phone doing factory resets, smart hub resets etc etc, all to no avail.
Firmware is current version 1010, and Samsung can't be bothered to update it to fix the problems.
They prefer to blame the BBC, and now no doubt Channel 4.

Unfortunately iplayer is actually no longer available on the BD-J6300, support was withdrawn from a number of Dvd/ Blu Ray Players as they did not meet the technical requirements. The full list is here https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/help/questions/recent-changes-to-iplayer/samsung-closure-2019 Therefore if iplayer not available on TV you would need another external device. You can check your Tv by year to check if it is compatible on this list https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/help/questions/supported-devices/samsung
As far as All4 is concerned do not see any recent information on the All4 site/Samsung concerning compatability,1010 is latest update - you could try reinstalling the app, rebooting the router an option if other resets/unplugging do not make a difference.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
