Adding app

I am taking in a Ukrainian refugee and want to add an app for Ukrainian tv on my 2017 UE40KV6400oXXV smart tv. How, please?

Thanks Chris have tried using search but no help. I am trying to load Mediacast.tv app It is available from google apps but I do not know how to load onto tv.

The apps on your TV do not work in the same way as apps on your phone which can be downloaded from the Play Store. When searching the apps folder for a specific app, if no results are found, then the app is not available to download on the Smart Hub platform we're afraid.
