This is almost certainly an issue with the e-ARC connection which does not work on Samsung TVs from 2020. There are many posts here about people who have problems. I have to go into the audio settings and disable e-ARC to stop the crackling despite having a high quality receiver. There have been no firmware updates over the past year. It appears that Samsung do not care about the issue.
Sorry to tell you that there are no solutions other than using an nVidia shield to redirect the sound or a different TV.
