We have exactly the same error coming up. Only seems to affect Channel 4 - no content shows up in listings at at all - just says 'loading' continuously. Clicking in one of the big promo banners says: 3000-vw-content-error. Can see the font/layout is slightly different so looks like some S/W update for Ch 4 has occurred and broken things. Been like this for a few days now. All other streaming streaming services are fine. We absolutely rely on Chanel 4 catchup to watch the news, since terrestrial & satellite reception in our area is very bad lately, but we do have a fast and reliable broadband connection. Can someone help us find a solution to this please? Thanks.
