Hi all,

Just have a new 2024 Frame TV and noticed this annoying issue, has anyone else seen this?

When I first turn on the TV to Art Mode - or turn off the TV - back to Art Mode - the screen seems very bright.
I can correct by selecting 'Reset Brightness' and then turn down the brightness - however I have to do this EVERY time I turn on Art Mode

Is there any way this can be preserved?

Many thanks

Mark

It might be the adaptive, dimming setting, that can overrule the settings, useful for the changes during the day (sunlight vs darkness in the evening). You can turn it off, I did, but it is not related to Art Mode, plus Art mode may have its own Art mode setting.

We have a 2022 55" Frame and can no longer control the brightness of images in Art Mode adequately.  When we turn on "Art Effect," the images are so dark you can barely see them, and they look like they have a black overlay.  If we take off "Art Effect" and control the brightness of an image using the Smart Things app (which seems to be our only option now), the images are way too bright even at the lowest brightness setting.  It is SO FRUSTRATING.  We used to be able to adjust the settings for each image right on the TV.  It was so easy, and worked very well.  Now that we can only use the Smart Things app to adjust the brightness of art images, I feel like the whole experience has been ruined.  None of the images looks like art now.  They are either way too dark or way too bright.  We've done a factory reset and it didn't help.  Does anyone have tips for how to fix this?!
