I looked over the forum and the solutions that I have seen so far did not eliminate my problem. Resetting the TV, Network, APP or reinstalling the APP only temporarily fixed the problem. It keeps coming back. Why has Samsung not updated their firmware to eliminate this problem. I bought a so called smart TV to not have to pay for a ROKU device. Does anyone have a better solution other than what I have already tried? Also my last firmware update was 2016, I looked for an update but found none. The update firmware on the TV is greyed out. I assume it means there are no updates currently for this television.
