Hi all! the smarthub updating got stuck. I've tried so far:
1.) resetting tv to factory settings
2.) resetting the smarthub
3.) kept the tv unplugged for at least an hour
Can't think of anything else that I can do...
Furthermore, the TV (model QE65Q67TASXXN) runs the latest firmware 2501.
Any tips on how I could resolve the issue? thank you!

@MartijnK @Dick thank you both for getting back to me. I followed the steps and now smarthub has now updated and apps are back in the dashboard. unfortunately, I cannot seem to load appletv and YouTube for whatever reason. same thing goes for disney+, amazonprime... the only apps that work are Spotify, Samsung plus and the internet browser. have you seen this problem before? did anyone else report this issue?

Hi @George881, good afternoon.
Do you get an error or other kind of message at the screen when you start one of these apps? And perhaps an unnecessary question but did you already perform a factory reset after the update? We have also an option for remote support. When you make an appointment for a remote support session, one off my colleagues will call you back so we can login at your TV and take a look at the settings.
