My Samsung TV had multiple problems with my Samsung TV within 18 months after purchase. I could not download any new apps on the TV. The sound of the TV comes on after switching off the TV even though the TV is off. The TV cannot connect to wi fi if I connect my sound bar with an HDMi cable.
I contacted Samsung customer care via watsapp and they sent a technician to change the motherboard of the TV. This did not help and the problems remained. Then they sent a technician to pick up the TV and repair at Servilux. Now, Servilux is asking 160Euros for the repair even though TV is within warranty. Servilux claims that they cannot identify a fault even though I showed the fault to their technician. They are holding my TV for 9 days now and will not return it unless I pay 160Euros. I contacted Samsung customer care through watsapp but they are not helping. My TV is being held hostage by Servilux and Samsung does not care even though it is within warranty period.

We can't do much for you because you don't pass data from the TV.
What is the full Model Code of the TV? This is in the black outlined box on the sticker on the back of the TV.
If the TV is on the wall, please check the proof of purchase or look here: Settings→Support→About this TV.
Please include the letters XXN. Where was this TV purchased?
Do you have a repair number for me? Do you live in the Netherlands?
