Hello there I've been having problems with my Samsung smart tv lately .
When i click on the smarthub button i need to setup smart hub so after I click on setup it brings me to a step by step setup thing so :Step 1 works fine (network setting) the network works fine and then after step 1 it loads a bit on step 2 and says "There are some problems please contact Samsung call centre for assistance (message code :0)".after I click on quit it brings me to the final step and it says the setup is complete ? Ok I click on smart hub button and this happens again(message code: 0). So i decided to try and go to menu》system》setup to try and fix it but after I do the network step it loads and says the same message code: 0 can anyone help me I've tried some stuff but none have helped

Good morning @Abdul_1 ,
There are many 'My Samsung TVs'. I can't do anything with this message.
What is the complete, so including XXN, Model Code of the TV?
See the sticker on the back of the TV. What is the current software version of the TV?
At (Menu) Settings-> Support-> About this TV. Do you live in the Netherlands?
I would like to hear from you..
Groet, Dick
I don't know everything. Just trying to help.

Hi @Abdul_1 ,
Thanks for the information! The software version of the TV is up to date.
The TV launch year is 2013. I think something is wrong with the WiFi connection of the TV.
There is a red question mark behind the WiFi symbol.
Are your other devices not having a problem? Maybe you can do the following:
Reset the Smart Hub. At Menu-> Settings-> Self Diagnosis-> Reset Smart Hub.
If this does not work, reset the TV and possibly leave the TV for a while with no voltage.
You can also try to reset your modem.
I like to hear from you again..
Groet, Dick

Seems like a network problem. Check out this guide explaining all Samsung TV error codes and how to fix them.
Hope it helps.
