This is in the black-outlined box on the sticker on the back of the TV. Please include the letters XXN.
What is the current software version of the TV? Go to Settings → Support → About This TV.

There is no Octagon SC88. Only a Octagon SX88+ SE WL or a Octagon SX888. How is the reicever connected to the TV?

Good afternoon @Dick . Sorry, my mistake,I did not write all the data. TV model is QE55Q74TALXXN. Current software T-NKMDEUC-1460.9 B6020700/B60101, BT-S About receiver also my mistake when I write, Octagon Model SX88. Receiver is connected with hdmi cable. Thank you in advance for your help

No problem at all! The Octagon Sx88 is a Satellite Set-Top Box, not a receiver. Wrong again 😉😉.

If you want to pair the Smart Remote, you have to follow the following path.
On the Smart Hub, go up and then to Setup universal remote control.
Follow the on-screen instructions there.
If you cannot enter the correct information at Service Provider and at manufacturer or model number, the Set-Top Box is not supported by the TV..

Maybe you could get a universal remote..
