Won't switch on

I've got the Samsung S7+ tablet but it won't switch on now.

When you go to switch it on, the bottom of the screen flashes but that's it.

I've tried holding down the power and down volume button but no joy.

Anyone experienced this or managed to fix it ??

Hey @TwoBit ,

happy to have a look at this with you. If you plug the Tab on the charger that came on it, can you see any lights or responses from the Tab? If so, can you leave this plugged for at least 30 minutes and see if the Tab turns on after that?

Thanks for your reply, after going through chat in the end, it's been scheduled for repair, it looks like the screen has gone. Tried various things to get it switch on but with no luck, all I get is a line at the bottom of the screen.

Can't say I'm happy as it's not even 2 months old.
