Hi,
I recently bought a Tab S6 for my partner but am having a problem with the WiFi.
It will be connected fine then randomly out of the blue the internet will stop working and the WiFi symbol will have an exclamation mark next to it.
The only way to fix it is to disconnect and reconnect WiFi - untill it happens again.
All my other devices connect to the same WiFi network fine without any problems.
Any help please?

Thanks

Same problem with all 3 of our Galaxy S20FE phones. It really bites into our data plans. The phones show that they are connected to the WiFi, but "connected without internet". Turning the phones' WiFi off and on fixes the problem for a while, but unless we notice the tiny exclamation point we use up a lot of cellular data, even with the phone within feet of the router. This happens with several routers. I even replaced an expensive  router because I thought that was where the problem was.

All our devices (3 S20FE phones and 3 Galaxy Tab 3 tablets) are up to date, have been restarted, and still have the problem.

This might also be related: All 3 phones have terrible Bluetooth reception. Audio starts to crackle and phone calls are impossible if farther than 6 feet from the phone. Tested with numerous devices in numerous locations.

This is really annoying. All my devices connect to the router, except my Galaxy Cell phone. It seems that there is a problem with older routers. Sadly I had the same router model at my house, office and beach house. I changed the one in my house and the problem was fixed, same for the office... Beach house is still a problem. This only happens on the Samsung. The rest of my family members all have iPhone. No issues at all. Galaxy Laptop, no issues either.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION - I bought a Tab 8 and before switching on, inserted a brand new Micro SD (128gb).  Then powered on, and once I entered the Wifi password it briefly connected before it switched to 'connected but no internet'.  Tried switching on off multiple times etc, nothing worked - was thinking I was going to have to send it back.  As a last resort, I powered down, took out the SD card, and powered back on - and hey presto no problems.  Updated the software immediately from Galaxy Store, Google Play plus device software updates, and so far no issues.  So, if you bought an SD card, try it without one.

I have had the same problem since I got my new phone. I first had the Samsung S10, and the internet worked fine everywhere  (eduroam, home network, network of the studio I live in) but since I bought the a52 5g, I've got the "connected without internet" almost always. I'm now on my data 90% of the time. I've forgot the networks, my date and time settings are correct.
