Hi,
I recently bought a Tab S6 for my partner but am having a problem with the WiFi.
It will be connected fine then randomly out of the blue the internet will stop working and the WiFi symbol will have an exclamation mark next to it.
The only way to fix it is to disconnect and reconnect WiFi - untill it happens again.
All my other devices connect to the same WiFi network fine without any problems.
Any help please?

My mobile connects to the dongle no problem and my sisters phone connects to my dongle as well no problem??
Just having issues with my tablet connecting to my dongle.
Any advise

Couldn't believe it when I did that and it worked !!
Ridiculous. I had been trying for a couple of days to forget the network, connect static, update software, ... none of that worked. But indeed I changed the date and it worked ! Thanks.

Thank you so much for your post. I was having the same problem and did what you suggested re date and time (mine table date was set to 2004), selected "Automatic date and Time" and it worked!

I connect to Wi-Fi but not internet, I tried connecting to other networks but not internet and it is impossible to update my tablet, can someone please help me.

Did you ever solve this issue.
I believe you were the only person with the exact same problem as me...
It just won't give me internet on my home router... every other wifi I connect to is fine.

Hello! Encountered the same problem for a 2-month old Samsung Tab A7. Wifi connected but no internet. All the devices in our house are connected to our router. Tried the "Time and Date", Reset settings, restarted tab for several times and the router as well but to no avail.
Are there other ways to solve this?
