Which manual?

I want to download the user's Manual for my Galaxy Tab A (2019). There are 2 choises. One with Pie in parentheses and one with Q in parentheses. Not a word on the site what this means or which I shall choose.  Maybe this is obvious for some people but not everyone is an IT-expert.

The Pie one is for android version 9, if you have the latest software update, then look at the Q manual which is the one for android version 10.
