I cannot find a setting to embed a Watermark on a photo taken with the Camera app on the Galaxy Tab S5e.. Any ideas?

Hi @SteveT4

This feature is available on the Galaxy devices operating on One UI 5.0 and higher.

Unfortunately, Galaxy Tab S5e is no longer supported device, and last software update was one ui 3.1. This is why you don't see an option for a watermark.
