Very poor customer service from Samsung

I bought the tab 9 ultra last week because there was an offer if a free keyboard case with it. Offer said this would automatically be added to my basket. It was not! Trying to get one sent to me has been like squeezing water out of a rock. At this point I am ready to return the tablet and never use this brand again

I really hope you don't. After speaking to what seems like 20 different people they have not been able to send my tablet keyboard. They rather me send back the tablet and they issue a £1,300 refund than send out a £200 keyboard. The customer service agents are just terrible they let you hold for hours pretending to be waiting for a manager to be free to speak to me.

That doesn't sound to promising sure trading standards would like to know about their false advertising
