USB-C Dongle for Steelseries Arctis 1 not recognized properly on Samsung S8 Plus Tablet

The Samsung S8+Tablet does not seem to properly detect my Steelseries Arctis 1 when I used the dongle for connection. The sounds could only be heard on the left side of the headset. The problem wasn't resolved even after updating to the software's latest version.
