Samsung TAB S7 S Pen not writting

Hi community, 

I have a tab S7 and the S Pen has stopped writing, it is properly recognized because all gestures are working properly and if I try to write, it appears a point confirming the S Pen is close to the screen but not drawing. 

I tried with a new tip, but same result. 

Any idea?

First thing to try is restart or reboot your device.

I did with the tablet, how can I reset the  S Pen? is there any way?

Open Settings, then tap Advanced features, and then tap S Pen. Tap More options (the three vertical dots), then tap Reset S Pen, and wait for the S Pen to reset itself.

still the same, my daughter was using it and the pen fall to the floor, but I thought it was not the case because it is still recognized on the settings and detecting when it is close to the screen, just not drawing, for that reason I change the the tip just in case. 

Either the previous one nor the new are not samsung original, but were working before, do you recomment to try with a samsung one? or do you think that even the spen is recognized, it is broken?

It may be best to visit a samsung store. Just incase the issue isn't the s pen. I wouldn't want to tell you to buy one and still have the issue.
