I am unable to stream video from my WDCloud device to my Samsung TAB A tablet. The WD MyCloud app on my Samsung Tab A allows me to access music, photos and video stored on my MyCloud device which I can see. I can not however play video using the app. I have tried playing video with 3 different apps; Video Player (error message ' Unable to play video - Network Error occurred'; MX Player (error message 'can't play this link'); Simple MP4 Video Player (error message 'cannot play video - sorry this video cannot be played'. Please note that this is a recent problem as it has worked until recently. I can stream video to all of my other devices (SMART TV's SMART Videos etc ) including and IPad and IPhone 6. Please help - this is driving me mad! Thank you and kind regards
