Unable to connect to Wifi - Tab S8

Hello,

Tablet model - Galaxy Tab S8

Android Version 13

While trying to connect to a wifi using the above tablet, I am unable to connect. One of the things that I noticed was that I do not get WPA2 as an option in the EAP method. The options that I get is PEAP, TLS, TTLS, and PWD.

Whereas when I connect the same tablet to the hotspot on my personal mobile, I do get WPA2 and am able to connect.

I can also connect my mobile to the above mentioned wifi without any problems. The same is the case with my laptop. The issue happens with my tablet S8 only which is a new device.

Any suggestions on where the problem might be on my connection problem with the wifi.

Hi, have you checked your WiFi router , by accessing admin password, should be on router near where password is written.

Check what type of security it has as options and see within router if wpa2 can be selected?

How would one go about accessing the router? As in buttons on the router or some sort of interface on the tablet?
