try again in 30 sec

My A tablet wont let me sign in with my pin code, "try again in 30 sec" message appears

Sadly... Did not work for me.
As soon as phone restarted, said "Try again in 25 seconds"
This was on a mobile; Samsung A52 5g

SAMSUNG NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE SAMSUNG UPDATE THAT CAUSED 2 OF MY DEVICES TO SAY NO SIM CARD AND THEN AFTER FORCED REBOOTING IT KEEPS SAYING TO TRY AGAIN IN ? MINUTES AND STARTS  COUNTING DOWN !! IM INFURIATED!!

I am having this issue starting two days ago. I have tried the reset solution, but it doesn’t work and it won’t go into recovery mode. Any ideas?
