Tab S5e Dark Mode Not Working

On my S5e I have both the blue light filter and dark mode scheduled to turn on from sunset to sunrise, and allowed location access. However, while the light filter works, the dark mode stays off. I can select a custom time schedule and then dark mode turns on, but if I select sunrise to sunset it turns off, despite sunset being a few hours ago (and my A71's dark mode, set to turn on at sunset, HAS turned on)

Any help would be appreciated
