transfer info from one tablet to another

can anyone here explain me how to tranfer data, apps, ... from a Galaxy Tab 2 to a newer Galaxy TabS2. 

Smart Swith doesn't work for me ; Kies niether.

Samsung smart switch and Samsung kies is possible, or you can try another mobile transfer software like MobiKin transfer to copy the info like photos, videos, music, contacts...
