touch unresponsive after update In s6 lite

So basically I bought s6 lite one month ago and now it's screen is not responsive to fingers. It happens after I updated it . I don't know how to fix it .I am totally shocked by seeing the poor software updates of Samsung.

The update of samsung didn't create problems (it's my opinion)

Hi , did you resolve this as I have the same issue. I can only open one app and need to close it before I can open another

This happened to me too, but after the warrantee ran out (of there was one?). Samsung essentially said there was nothing they could do.
