TabPro S Pen - EJ-PW700CBEGWW

Hi Guys.

I bought a TabPro S tablet for my daughter to use as a graphics tablet.  Along with it, I purchased the EJ-PW700CBEGWW pen.

Unfortunately, the rubber nib has worn out exposing a metal pin.

I have contacted Samsung online, customer services (telephone) and been to the experience stores, however, no one has a clue about the pen and how to get replacement nibs.

As it happens the pen looks very similar to the Wacom Cintiq Pro 13HD pen - not sure if those nibs will work.

Does anyone know where i can buy a replacement?

I've checked on their online shops, they don't have the nibs.

I don't believe the pen is that old that it wouldn't be supported by Samsung.

I have, on numerous occasions. They keep sending me in circles to the stores. Stores send me back.

Quite frustrating really.
