It's 2019 model with 2gb or 3gb ram and 32 gb of storage and latest update was android 11 one ui 3.1, the device is slow due to age and lack of ram, 2gb of ram nowadays is pretty much nothing as apps and software gets better it requires more power to run apps or to run your one ui 3.1 smoothly without lag, unfortunately there's not much you can do about it, as it still should be good for simple daily tasks like web browsing or YouTube but I wouldn't expect anything more from it. My suggestion would be upgrade to a better one there's plenty out there including new A series tablets if budget allows it.

Not a problem at all, older devices unfortunately "doesn't have the juice" to run operating system or apps and then becomes unsupported devices where you can't even download basic apps as it requires android versions to be higher then yours , and if they do work they will consume lots of power and therefore you will see high decrease in performance as "lags" hopefully you will find something suitable for yourself if you planning upgrade you tablet, even if not it should be still usable for basic tasks.😊
Hope it helps

Hi, @Jean Genie. In addition to what @lminvti has advised, a good first step to try would be a soft reset on your tablet. This doesn't erase any data, but this solves a variety of issues by giving your software a fresh start. To do this, press your Power and Volume Down keys together until you see the Samsung logo.

Please also ensure your software and apps are all up-to-date:

https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-update-your-samsung-galaxy-phone-or-tablet/

Please ensure that your apps are fully updated (via the Google Play Store and/or Galaxy Store).

I think it would also be a good idea to consult the guide below (even though it mentions "phone" in the title, the tips will apply to your tablet):

Please let us know how you get on.
