@AnjoKeji: Where did you purchase that tablet from, and where are you currently based? If you are outside the region that the Tab S7 was intended to be used in, then this can restrict your ability to update it due to software variances that exist in our products from country to country. To be clear, what happens when you head to Settings > Software update > Download and install while connected to a stable Wi-Fi router?
If you're unable to complete updates wirelessly, then I recommend trying Smart Switch on your home computer. With this in mind, please follow the link below, click on 'How do I get Smart Switch on my PC or Mac' and download the relevant version from here.

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your tablet to your computer using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the Home screen, next to your device details.
