Tab S7 FE Order is not found

Placed an order for the Tab S7 FE two days ago and have not received an order conformation email. The money has been taken from my account. Used my email and order number to check online but I could not locate the item.

This happened to me when I ordered the tab s7. I waited for about a week and they eventually delivered the tablet. Even after I called customer services they said the order was not found and I would be refunded. But I was never refunded, and the tablet appeared at my house?! Wtf

Same here for a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. I ordered it and now I can't track it or see it in "My Orders".

Samsung support is one of the worst in the world. The keep telling me to wait, its been 24hrs and the point here is that I can't see my bloody order.

For a company this big, its pathetic that they haven't figured out how to implement online orders. It's a shame because I like their products but nothing else.

Now I have to pray to receive my order!
