Hi,
I just bought Tab Active 3 recently (LTE version, SM-T575). Among other things I bought it because of its support of GPS, Glonass, Beidou, Galileo (official Samsung spec. sheet). But what a surprise after unboxing and initial tests...it is not connecting with any Galileo and Beidou satellites, only GPS and Glonass is working. What is your experience?
I asked support (czech representation) about that but unfortunately they were not able to answer if there is support of Beidou and Galileo or not.
Thanks,
Kamil

Same problem - did you ever find a fix?
using this (GitHub - barbeau/gpstest: The #1 open-source Android GNSS/GPS test program) I found the likely problem: the gnss chip has the rollover bug and thus thinks the time is exactly 1024 weeks in the past, ie 2005! No idea what to do with that info though.
Edit: just to answer myself, found samsung had a GPS fix in Aug22 patch notes. Updated past that, cache wipe/factory reset also, and it's fixed. Correct gnss date now showing in the app above, and Beidou/Galileo sats suddenly pop up
