I can confirm the issue on more than 100 (yes, 100. We are a company) devices T-505 (2020) LTE Edition.
After the security update ALL of them got the Factory Reset prompt.

Same here tab a7 sm-t505 lte-version update failed, now just android recovery available.
Error: failed o load locales from the resource files, failed to compare
Any ideas to fix or will the only solution to wipe data/factory reset?
