Tab A wont turn off after latest Android security update

Hi all

My 2019 Tab A was working fine until latest Android update was installed

Now when I press the power button I dont get the option to "power off" the device

Has anyone else had this problem?

Is there another solution apart from a hard reset?

Hi @bt965, are you not able to turn the tablet off at all? Can you press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons until the tablet restarts, and see if this helps?
