Hi

i would like to know where in descrition I can check if tablet could be connected by esim/ sim to internet.

5G means only by Sim ?

not connection by wifi right?

for example Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ 5G is it with esim/ sim slot for connection?

I am worried that since I don’t have clear idea , I could make confusion and buy wrong type

thanks

Lilla

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Hi there!
Go to Settings > Connections
What is listed there means those are the means of connection supported by your device.

If you are asking which model to buy...

The WiFi version only has the ability to use WiFi. (However if you have the ability to tether your phone connection when out and about, then this is also possoble)

The 5G / Lte model will also have a SIM card slot and ability to use a sim card. BUT THIS ALSO HAS THE WIFI AS WELL. So you can use both with the models that have 5G LTE support.

Hope this helps.

Hi!
Basically, you need a Sim/Esim card to connect to the Internet in most situations. All sim/esim cards will give you access to the Internet anywhere. If your device supports 5G (which your sample does), you get the best possible speed. When you are connected to WiFi, the WiFi serves as your connection at home. You will probably see something like '10Gb.' Or '50Gb'. This is how much data you are allowed in a month. Every action when you are not connected to WiFi that involves the Internet will use a little bit of data. Don't worry, unless you're downloading 100 movies, it's not going to use your data allowance. All devices have a slot for sim cards. @Piper123 has a brilliant link to the sim/esim cards you can use.
When you're looking, make sure you look at what each card has to offer and pick the one right for you.
Hope that helps, Theroyalpenguin
